Currently Ana Fuentes is of counsel at Richard Summers, PC and practices in all areas of U. S. Immigration and Nationality law. Ana has experience in representing clients in removal proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts.
Ana is an accomplished litigator with 16 years of litigation experience in both Federal and State Courts. During this period, she has both vigorously defended and successfully prosecuted claims against various law enforcement and state agencies.
Ana specializes in affirmative immigration applications including Adjustment of Status, consular processing, I-601A waivers, DACA and U visas.
CV: Ana received her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Emory University in 1997. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Loyola University School of Law in 2000. She is a member in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar. Ana is a native Spanish Speaker.
